Corporate Sustainability Governance And Oversight
Success in corporate sustainability depends on oversight provided by PÕ¾ÊÓƵ’s Board of Directors. The Governance Committee oversees PÕ¾ÊÓƵ’s strategic plan related to issues of environmental and social importance while the Audit and Compliance Committee oversees corporate sustainability financial reporting disclosures. Additionally, each Board committee is responsible for oversight of various corporate sustainability focus areas.
